This latest patch, officially labeled version 1.5.0, introduces the exciting feature of team racing in the Knockout Tour mode, allowing you to collaborate with friends in multiplayer sessions, whether you are playing over the internet or through a local wireless connection. Additionally, support for the Polish language has been added, making the game more accessible for Polish-speaking players.
However, amidst these updates, there's a curious detail that stands out in the patch notes—what seems to be a mistake regarding Kamek, a character not currently playable in Mario Kart World. The patch notes mention a fix related to an issue when using Kamek on Choco Mountain, which many players have pointed out is likely intended to refer to the Kamek item rather than the character itself.
